P907PR-S2 7" Portable Car Stereo

Just hooked this up in my 2012 Outback, and I’m loving it! Took a couple of hours to install, but the video guides helped a ton. The screen is super clear, and it connects to my phone in a snap. A few quirks with the Bluetooth, but nothing major. Overall, it’s a sweet upgrade that makes my drives way more fun!

I recently installed this in my 2012 Subaru outback, it took me roughly two hours to fully wire up the system and get the rear camera run though the car and out the hatch. Overall setup was mostly simple. I do wish the manual was a bit more helpful. There is a nice installation video that helps show the process for getting power and everything connected. Outside of that, the manual is pretty lacking and confusing for setting up the rest of the systems. I could see this being somewhat of a challenge for those that are less than technically inclined. There are dozens of settings on the system that have no explanation on the screen or in the manual, it would really be nice to know what they do and if they are something i could better utilize.Overall the system is great and rapidly starts up and connect to my android phone for android auto usage. The connection to the car Bluetooth concurrently has been a bit confusing and not always consistent, but i think i am starting to get that dialed in a bit better.

This stereo is great! It runs full android so I can install apps like normal. I have Crunchyroll installed so I can watch shows on my lunch break. Packed full of features it's a great deal. I will definitely be purchasing this for my next vehicle. The one and only small gripe is that you have to hard wire it in. Even though it's 3 cables I wish they kept the cigarette lighter adapter as an option like on the P8 so I could take it easy from car to car and not spend time tapping and looking for the right fuses to tap. Lucky I've installed other stereos before and was able to get it down but someone who doesn't have experience might need to pay some one to get it done Wich adds to the expense of this stereo. My favorite feature is the built in 4GLTE it's pretty quick fast enough to watch shows and load and download quickly. I've installed and purchased many stereo but by far this is my favorite. It also has options for cameras and microphone wire and wireless android auto and car play for both as well. Don't know what else to say other than don't sleep on this stereo.
