The fit and finish looks good in the truck, the sound settings for my sub doesn’t seem to be very adjustable.

Liked the size and the quality but unfortunately it wasn’t for me and not having physical buttons or a dial is a major disappointment

Product could be a bit hectic to install but after installed its one of the best thing that can happen to your old car. Very easy to connect and for this small amount I think this is one of the best thing you can do to upgrade your car. The monitor lags a bit since this connects with all the speakers the sound qualy is awesome but overall it is a great product.

A nice upgrade option for older vehicles with double din capabilities or those that can be converted to accept such. Installation was fairly simple, but I have previous experience with my wiring set up, so it will vary from person to person. Everything seems to function as expected, system and screen is responsive, sound is decent but is codependent on other factors. Connects to my android with no issues at the moment. All in all, no a terrible option, takes some amount of knowledge to deal with the wiring harness but other than that, not bad.

This CarPlay radio is very nearly perfect. I connected my iPhone wirelessly once and every time I start the car it connects quickly, and starts where I left off whether a music playlist, book, podcast, etc.It has three dimming settings and at the lowest is perfect for night driving. During the day it can be a little annoying if it gets into its dimmest mode, but it’s not to bad to remember where to touch the top of the screen to switch to the brightest level.The sound quality is good. It has an eq I haven’t fiddled with, so if that’s your thing it should work well. It’s very loud at its loudest so it has a good volume range.I’m not a fan of touch controls for critical tasks like volume, play, and mute, so that’s the biggest downside. This should be fine if steering wheel controls are connected correctly but that’s my biggest problem: the controls test fine with a multimeter, and I connect them to the radio and it seems to recognize them during setup but doesn’t recognize them at all during use. Further when I program the volume down then try to program the volume up it programs the volume down as though it thinks that’s the same button. I worked on this for an hour before I ran out of time and had to give up.I had my wife connect her phone using the usb cable and it worked without a hitch - very easy into CarPlay.I haven’t tried the other features yet, but it meets my minimums, aside from the steering wheel controls. I’ll see about digging into that again later.
