P9 device has issues

First thing is that the Bluetooth and wired android auto losses connection in multiple areas of my city and when this happens the only way to get it back is to restart the device like it needs an update. Second thing is that the findapp which is supposed to be the in-house app updater says that there's a newer version but when you try to update it the app just crashes. Tried to go to the website to update it that way and the download doesn't download like the link is broken. I even tried with my home computer and my cell phone and got the same thing. Third thing is I have the version that has 4g cell sim and I went and purchased one that the cell company said that they were compatible with the device and after installing it i can receive text but can't send any out and can't send or receive phone calls which is really ridiculous. Other than that great sound quality and very nice display.

These are SICK af!

I have 5 Android head units/stereo. Three of which are these portable styles. This is by far the best of those three. All options I've played with worked as designed and stated. Took my sim card with no issues.This unit is strictly for my roof top tent. So I only use it a few times a yr.If I didn't have the option for a custo. In dash unit I would have no issues buying one of these for my personal trucks. It's a lil too expensive to use in my work truck so I have a cheap 100 dollar unit in it.These are good, especially for 300 or 350. I forget what I paid.
