Unit works great. I was looking for a way to add CarPlay to an older vehicle without replacing my entire head unit and losing factory features and this did the trick. Installation was easy and came with a variety of wiring options.Screen is large and bright and with a built in light sensor, automatically adjusts brightness for time of day. The mount is secure and adjustable and allowed me to put it right where I needed it on the dash.Very happy with this purchase and for the money there’s no better way to add the offered features to your car. Highly recommended.

I think you'll be glad you purchased this if you want an easy to install device to upgrade an older vehicle.Leading with the negative because that is what you really want to know. Originally, I had only come up with two complaints about this unit. One was that the mount seemed awful at first. I was using this unit to easily add some modern conveniences we all expect now to an old Jeep vehicle that still had the original AM/FM/CD installed. It has a pretty stiff suspension on it and driving on a road with even minor irregularities in the surface the display kept falling off the mount arm. I did eventually figure out if you push a little harder than you feel like you should the mount will latch firmly into place and problem solved.The only real complaint I'm left with is I wish there was an input to wire the rear view camera to automatically switch on with the reverse lights. The rear camera has to be accessed through the touch screen interface to view.So aside from that, the device is very nice. It feels solid, looks and functions great! Like I mentioned in the beginning, it took a few tumbles from the dash and was no worse for the wear. The provided cabling is well made and has solid durable connections. The whole kit is well thought out and complete, there are 3 different size fuse taps included to cover almost any vehicle, the cameras cables have plenty of length that will allow you to hide them as much as possible when routing to the display. They even include some adhesive mounts that work well to secure the cables.The device itself has a great looking display, the images from the cameras look good with plenty of resolution. It has the Torque app preinstalled and connected to alm327 dongle I had, so you can read codes and play with the real time displays in the Torque app if you want to.To sum it up, I'm really happy with this thing. What I really wanted out of it was to have music and navigation that played through the car speakers and using the FM transmitter built into the unit really surprised me how well it works. Once I found the right frequency it sounds as good as a 20+ year old factory radio is going to, doesn't have any weird noises, I can play spotify, hear navigation prompts, let it read text messages to me, ask the car how to braise a pot roast... you know all the things that were scfi dreams when this car was built. I really really like this device.I haven't tried much with the built in apps yet, mostly just the android auto, but I am planning on getting a data only sim card, it seems super cool to have it functioning independently with its own data connection. Can't wait to try that.

Great radio well securely packaged. The screen is crystal clear and very responsive. It boots up super fast and connection to my phone is reliable. The wiring was fairly easy and straight forward and the instructions were nice and clear. It was fairly easy to connect to my phone for CarPlay. The big drawback for me is the mounting mechanism. As you can see from the video there is a lot of movement in the ball joint and the mont itself. I tried to stabilize it as best I could with double sided tape. There still is a lot of movement. I hope they come up it’s a better mount for this radio. It could have been a 5 star product.

This little device is absolutely one of the coolest things I've ever had in any car. I'm currently driving a 2011 Buick Lacrosse CXL and it's pretty much the best. So it came with anything you would need to hook it up installation was super easy. The directions are easy to understand and follow. The cameras work great the picture is clear I haven't installed mine but plugged it in out of curiosity of the quality of the video feed it's legit. And I will install those when when it warms up later this week it's too cold here in the Midwest. Which brings me to durability. With how cold it gets here in the winter I have not had a problem with the screen being cold. It doesn't run slow when it's cold and the screen is also crystal clear! Hell of a device. I love it. So far so good will update once I hook up and install the cameras. Which I'm very excited about. Again super easy install easy to use and understand and I'm not very savvy when it comes to stereo installation. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! and I don't even have to take out the stock stereo.

Seller made the purchase better since they couldn't fix my issues.Not sure If I got a non updated unit or something. It's very slow and laggy. Customer service misled me and wanted me to personally send the item to them after manually downloading and installing new software to it, so it could work as described. They offered a refund but made it a task to claim. Wanted me to pay for return costs as well.
