ATOTO AC-44F5 Watchband Style Wireless Remote Control with Luminous Buttons, Plug & Play - Only for ATOTO Car Stereos (SA102, A6Y, A6 KL, F7 & S8), Not Compatible with ATOTO A6 PF/ S8 Lite/S8 MS

For the last 2 year or so I have been wanting a volume knob for my radio. I stumbled upon a post that suggested this option. I did not know that it was detachable from the wristband that mounts it to the steering wheel. I took the wristband part off, which was easy to pull off because it is attached by a magnet, and used the provided double-sided tape/sticker to mount it to my dash in a place that it convenient for me. not there is to pressing the volume button on the radio.

When installing the provided receiver to the back of the radio, you lose out of the microphone, my truck is too loud to use it anyway, be sure to push the plug all the way in. Otherwise, it will not work. There is no pairing needed, and it works instantly. It's an awesome addition, I highly recommend it, and I would purchase another when purchasing another Atoto radio.

This product is very simple and easy to install. All you do is connect a power and ground. The strap is a genius design. It just works very well. Everything feels solid, the buttons are easy to press and they respond instantly. I put this in my Nc miata that already has SWC because I wanted extra buttons. They are remappable so u could program them to do whatever you want. Overall works great with my atoto f7se

The PAC kit and the Axxess kids were a pain in the ass. I got this it plugged into my atoto unit and worked with no additional complications. I took the adhesive off the back and placed it over my existing controls. Works well.

I purchased 2 of these in addition to my 2 AToto stereo purchases for 2 older cars. Both of them didn't have any existing steering wheel control, so this was a welcomed addition. Honestly, these remote units were the final reason why I even went with ATOTO overall. These are literally plug and play and don't need any setup (unlike other units, that 'expect' a prewired control unit). The exterior rotating volume dial is pure genius and is super responsive. I also love that you don't have to use the "watch band" style mount (although *I* do) and you can simply stick the dial anywhere. The only *slight* knock on this is that the glow in the dark buttons look pretty cheesy against, say, a nice sports car interior, so if they were just black with white lettering, I would take that any day. A quick tip, make sure to FULLY insert the receiver unit's plug in the back of the stereo...I didn't do this and I fiddled for a WHILE until i figured out i just needed to push the plug ALL THE WAY in. It's only been a month or so, so I don't have any comment on the battery. It does come with 2 of them, btw.
