Installed this in my car, and wow, it’s awesome. The 7-inch screen is sharp and super responsive. Setting up wireless CarPlay was quick, and I love not needing cables. The sound quality is top-notch with the 36-band EQ. Plus, it's got 4G and built-in GPS, so I’m always connected. Took me less than an hour to get everything running!

I recently purchased the RevcarX Android Stereo, and I am beyond impressed. Right from the start, it was packaged incredibly well, with every component carefully padded and labeled. I appreciate both the built-in GPS and the CarPlay integration - gives you the best of both worlds. Works great if you’re without your phone - you can still get where you’re going. Typical parts provided for install - you’ll need the appropriate car kit for your vehicle and you’ll have to do a bit of wiring; but nothing you wouldn’t have to do with any other deck. A good choice.

You wouldn't strictly need to put these where a stereo had gone before, particularly in some vehicles where the HVAC controls are simple and cable-driven at the rear and happen to have a double-DIN sized slot they go into and then you could move those a bit and get this nice screen up closer to the dash. And that's what we just did with this one. You can guess the type of vehicle. Hint: Everything in its very square-ish dash is DIN or double-height DIN in size, or really close to that, and it's all sort of crudely bolted in with each component having its own bezel. Give up? Just try harder and search it. :-)But that whole story is to point out that this is VERSATILE and in a lot of older cars there is some literal wiggle room to get it in a good location. I almost tried it in an 05 Pacifica with some movement of the HVAC controls downward to put this on top but in the end decided I didn't want to do the bit of cutting (only plastic, but cutting) that would have been required.But if you're putting it in place of ANY STANDARD DIN-WIDTH radio that's double-height, you're good. Just in the original position I mean. You'll need to do some wire stripping then crimping and connecting and shrink-tubing over the connectors to isolate them, but it's a half dozen wires in most cases, and maybe then run an extra power lead for this monster thing that is no slouch in power output.Screen is stunningly beautiful and touch is easy. And we did all this really just for Android Auto, because we don't much care about a radio or any other apps - since Android Auto can find anything on YT Music anyway... Yeah, it's a great unit, and will go into -almost- anything. Very versatile and very high quality.
