Really happy with it. My other head unit is on my work van its now over 13 years old it has never had a single glitch. So I decided to opt for this to go in my camper van which had a factory fitted unit which was bad to start with and then after only 3 years it became really unreliable. When I bought the first unit I did have reason to contact customer service who I found to be exemplary.With a little head scratching fitting was pretty much plug and play my one concern was the steering wheel controls but the factory fitted patch lead plugged straight in, as did the ISO lead.Highly recommend and will be putting it on my campervans face book as the mutual feedback on the factory fitted unit is pretty negative.

I purchased my F7 XE late 2023 and fitted it into our motorhome. It was a huge improvement on the existing system. A couple of months later our motorhome was written off after being rammed at high speed by a load of yobs high on Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas).I managed to retrieve the F7 XE from the breakers yard just before the remains of the motorhome were taken to the crusher. In January this year we purchased a replacement motorhome. When I came to try to fit the system I realised that the lead connecting the head unit to the display had come away, and I couldn't see how to fit it back. An email to Atoto support brought a comprehensive reply the next day with pictures and videos of how the system should be connected. It also offered additional support if I needed it.Conclusion is that the product is excellent, and if you have any difficulties, the support is also excellent. It's great to know that Atoto support were pro-active in helping me with a problem for which they had no responsibility at all.

I installed the radio and without touching the controls it instantly connected to auto android and maps, and Audible , very impressive.Even more impressive was the quality of their support service, radio station memory wasn't working when the radio was switched off, Yolanda suggested a couple of causes the 1st one worked. I then had a minor problem with dab not accepting memory buttons she sent me over a firmware update which cured the problem.I would highly recommend Atoto their radios appear to be as good as the normal top table radios for half the price, and service was spot on when needed.

Really pleased with this product - great resolution 10 inch screen - wireless android auto works with phone still in trouser pocket. Phone connects easily. Great support on installation given when help requested. Really enhanced the cab of my motorhome - thank you.

Received the head unit at the end of last week.It wasn't faitly easy to install - accepting having to route a new cable yhrough to the windscreen to install the DAB aerial.I tried the DAB radio and wireless Android Auto and both worked really well.Installed in a Fiat Ducato motorhome with a double din slot and just installed the storage unit supplier, and the head unit in the original double din bracket - it was fairly straightforward forward as well.Install with connector A initially but found the unit didn't retain its memory, swapped it for connector B and all was fine.Connected up the original camera on the motorhome and the picture looks better than ever - and can be used without being in reverse.The only small thing I've noticed is that the touch screen doesn't seem very sensitive on the far right edge but if you touch 3 or so left of the icons if works fine.I have put the screen protector on so that may be why but it's very responsive everywhere else - and the picture quality also seems really good.So really pleased with the unit.
